01 · Context
The Opportunity
In late 2022, generative AI was rapidly emerging, but most products focused on isolated use cases. Organizations needed more than chat.
They needed a platform capable of understanding knowledge, automating work, collaborating across teams, and integrating with enterprise systems. The challenge was not designing another AI chatbot — it was designing an AI operating system.

20 · Reflection
What This Project Taught Me
Designing Odin AI required balancing user needs, enterprise requirements, AI capabilities, product scalability, and business objectives.
The project evolved far beyond interface design. It became an exercise in systems thinking, platform architecture, organizational intelligence, and design leadership.
Over several years, Odin transformed from a simple AI assistant into a comprehensive AI operating system capable of understanding knowledge, coordinating agents, automating workflows, and helping organizations operate more intelligently.
This remains one of the most ambitious and impactful products I have designed.
