I'm Raja, a Lead Product Designer with 16 years designing and launching AI-powered, B2B SaaS, and enterprise products. I partner with founders and cross-functional teams to turn complex business ideas into intuitive, scalable products from concept to launch.

My process starts with founders, clients and the people using the product: I map the problem, design 2–3 directions, prototype the chosen one, and review every build until it matches the design. From there I move into structure, then detail, always asking: does this earn its place? Good design, to me, is the kind you don't notice.

Director of Design and UX (Hands-on Lead Product Designer)

Odin AI

I designed Odin's first interface in December 2022 at Codeglo and continued as lead designer when the product moved to OneRealm in 2024. Designed and evolved an enterprise AI platform from concept to production. Partnered with founders and engineering to build AI chat, assistants, agents, knowledge base, and workflow automation. Designed white-label themes and branded portals that let the platform be resold to 200+ enterprise customers, and led a product-wide UI clean-up and dark mode. Led product design, prototyping, developer handoff, design QA, and GTM assets — the website, pricing page, case studies, sales decks, product videos, and training courses.

Mar 2016 – Jan 2024

Director of Design and UX (Hands-on Lead Product Designer)

TTC INDIA (Codeglo)

Designed Odin AI's first interface and core platform from December 2022, alongside SaaS, CRM, LMS, logistics, fintech, and enterprise products. Launched the PAVO mobile app and the ShipAd customer portal, and delivered 25+ mobile apps and 38 client websites. Built design systems and launch assets, reviewed every build with a design QA fix sheet, and mentored junior designers.

Aug 2010 – Mar 2016

Senior Designer

Linkware

Designed websites, a resort booking and management web application, fintech applications, and Android app interfaces, presenting 2–3 design options per proposal. Created responsive UI and reusable design components. Worked closely with developers to deliver production-ready designs.
