I'm Raja — Director of Design & UX with 15+ years building and scaling digital products across enterprise AI, B2B SaaS, fintech, and logistics. I partner with executive leadership, product, and engineering to turn business goals into user-centered experiences.
My process starts with understanding people — their goals, frustrations, and mental models. From there I move into structure, then detail, always asking: does this earn its place? Good design, to me, is the kind you don't notice.
